Precision has been providing professional engineering and consultancy services to various types
of buildings such as Service apartments, F&B and Retail outlets for many years.
Our engineering services scope includes repair and routine maintenance work, modification of
main switch room's systems, supply of lighting products and fire service products and security installation work.
To cope with the clients' increasing demands, we extended our premises services to advise on reinstatement requirements under DMC or tenancy agreement, cost distribution between tenants and /or landlord and liaison with the property owner/ building management, etc.
